We invite you to spend relaxing and memorable moments surrounded by the breathtaking panorama of the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage, in a familiar, elegant and comfortable ambience. Our house is situated in a green area 1,3 km from the center of Selva, with a panoramic view on the Sassolungo, monte Pic, Odle group, Stevia and Cir.

The prices are weekly and include electricity, water, heating, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen, with weekly change of bedding and on request fresh bread service.

• Prices per person per day with buffet breakfast, valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• Tourist tax of € 2,10 per person per day, not included (up to 14 years), to pay on site
• Discount 3rd bed children:
  - until 2 years gratis
  - from 2 - 6 years -50%
  - from 6 - 13 years -30%

• External parking or private garage
• For hygienic reasons we do not accept animals, we hope for your comprehension
• Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and sitting areas
• Reservation: the reservations and cancellations are accepted only written. The reservation is valid after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation via e-mail.
• Deposit: for guaranty of the reservation we ask a deposit of 20 % of the booking price
• Payment: can be made by cash (until € 1999,00 per room), debit card, VISA or MASTERCARD.
• Arrival and departure: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. We kindly ask to inform in case of arrival after 7 p.m.
• Check out not later than 10 p.m. Thank you
• Cancellation policies: in case of cancellation we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees (see Art. 7 CGC):
  - until 60 days before arrival: 20 % (deposit)
  - from 60 days to 30 days before arrival: 40%
  - from 30 to 14 days before arrival: 70%
  - the last 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price art7 CGC
  
  
• In case of postponed arrival or premature departure we will charge 100% of the booking price, art 7 CGC.
• Obligatory information arrangement UE n. 524/2016 from European parliament and council.

The location of our B&B is very advantageous in winter. It is possible to start directly in front of the house to reach the famous slope “Sasslong B”, which is connected with the Sellaronda and the Dolomiti Superski (1220 km of slopes).

Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A 22).
Coming from north, follow the route Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa. Coming from south, follow Verona - Trento - Bolzano. Take the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Following the well-marked roads, you should reach Selva in about 30 minutes.
Travelling in winter: to avoid problems on snow-covered roads we suggest winter tyres or snow chains.
